Paradise City, in its shows, its magazine and via its acclaimed website, works to bring together both
established and emerging artists and craft designers with an ever-broadening base of collectors. We
work hard to support new avenues of artistic expression and to create fresh opportunities for the
furthering of artists' careers. Paradise City always puts publicity for its events in a position of primary
importance, setting new standards for its innovative visuals, press kits and promotional materials. These
promotional efforts continually build upon the loyalty of a highly sophisticated and affluent customer
base. Our efforts do not stop with the shows, but continue year-round.
It is essential, as show directors, to find fresh ways to energize a jaded public and entice a new
generation into the collector's fold. In an ever-changing marketplace, maintaining the status quo is
just not an option. Paradise City augments its publicity and advertising with a variety of marketing
initiatives targeting collectors, designers, gallery directors and museum curators.

Paradise City Guide:
This glossy, full color magazine has become an important resource for art buyers
and craft aficionados. It is now mailed directly into the homes
of over 100,000 subscribers twice a year. It is also distributed through
galleries, hotels, restaurants, museums, and visitor centers.
The Guide is handed out as the official show program at all
Paradise City Arts Festivals. Total readership now tops 250,000!
Who are these readers? Their demographics show that they are affluent, educated, culturally
sophisticated and live in some of the Northeast's most exclusive zip codes. But most importantly, they
have been patronizing Paradise City shows for years and are
proven collectors of fine art and craft. In fact, our marketing surveys indicate that
over 75% of Paradise City Arts Festival attendees also buy work at art and fine craft
galleries on a regular basis.

The Paradise City Artist Membership Program makes it easy for you to tap into key
marketing services that help you reach a much broader base of qualified collectors. In just
over two years, the program has provided the following benefits to over 200 members:
Sent out over 200,000 postcards to artist members' mailing lists at no cost (we pay the
postage!). Personalized with distinct artist messages, these mailings saved members over
$45,000 in printing and postage fees while dramatically increasing the effectiveness of their
direct mail efforts.
Provided over 200 discounted advertisements in the Paradise
City Guide, saving members more than $50,000 in advertising and
design fees. The Guide was mailed for free to members' mailing lists
in the regions of Paradise City's shows.
Created more than 200 free exhibitor web pages for the Artist
Showcase on www.paradisecityarts.com. With almost two million
page views in the last year, the Artist Showcase has helped artists
make sales before, during and after the shows.
Saved artists countless hours and over $30,000 in application
fees through our streamlined, no-fee, members-only automatic
application process.
This marketing partnership between Paradise City and its artist
members works. From the many hundreds of artists sales reports
we received from our Spring 2008 shows, Paradise City Members
averaged 27% more in sales than non-members!
